Vinyasa, or "breath-synchronized moment",  is a series of poses that move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling.  There are many benefits of Vinyasa Yoga, including both mental and physical.

With the slow pace, and simple sequences, you can take more time experiencing each posture.  We may also break down poses and explain them in greater detail, if it seems necessary.

We offer beginner's yoga classes by a registered RYT200 yoga instructor.

All levels welcome.

Sunrise Yoga

Awakens your senses and begins the day with an invigorating and energizing 60 minute class.  Practice will start with warming stretches in preparation for a flowing series of dynamic postures designed to physically and mentally awaken your body and mind.

Restorative Yoga

Uses a series of easy, supported poses held for a long time under the right conditions. With restorative yoga, immediate effects on heart rate, blood pressure and brain activity are possible. Emphasis on complete muscular relaxation and comfort are emphasized to achieve a quiet state of mind and body.

This class is suitable for everyone.
